Monthly: October 2022 & Carolina's 11th Birthday & Halloween

This lovely girl turned 11 years old. She is *officially* a tween. 

 

She wanted a hair cut for such a long time, and I didn't quite make it before school started, but she was so happy with it once it finally happened. 

We did the usual family party thing

And then we did a friend party - she picked her two best friends and we went to Urban Air.

I think it may have been her 2nd best day ever

Fall really shows off in Boise

October is a CRAZY month with multiple birthdays, conferences, a holiday, and all the fall events and traditions... and I love it. We went to the Farmstead of course, and had a great time, although it was freezing as soon as the sun went down.

But what a sunset!

 

Todd makes the BEST pancakes every, seriously. And chilly mornings with hot pancakes and coffee are a wonder.

We decided to participate in the church Trunk-or-Treat this year, and since Liam had just watched all of "Stranger Things", we decided to make it a family costume event...
