Pin of the Week: Thai Peanut Chicken Ramen

HalfBaked Harvest has another winner-winner-chicken[ramen]dinner! I think this might be our favorite new fall school-night dinner because it's so delicious and so easy. I know I say these recipes are easy a lot, but truly you just put the ingredients in the instant pot, start it, and add a few ingredients at the end. The instant pot makes it so fast, but there are stove-top directions too. This really has incredible flavor, and that's it. I have no notes *chef's kiss*.
