I may have shared this before, but when I was searching for the recipe I couldn't find it! I haven't made Brickle Drop Cookies in a while and they are just so good. They are made with a bag of Heath Bits of Brickle (like little toffee bits - no chocolate) and essentially a snickerdoodle dough. I found that when I baked them right away they were good but flat, but when I froze some dough and baked them later they were more thick and delicious, - even friends who had them the night I made them and then later after I froze them told me the second batch was better. And then co-workers who I shared them with on Monday all loved them, so I recommend that if you have time!
