I haven't come down from my Christmas sugar high well. Every night I scour the pantry/fridge/freezer for some leftover treat I can pop in my mouth. But sadly all the cookies and and Hershey bar candy is gone, so Carolina and I decided to make some cookies. I wanted something with oatmeal and chocolate, she just wanted oatmeal, and she won so we found this recipe. They turned out great! They are really nice and chewy too! They get a nice crunch on the edge, but the center is perfect chewy to gooey in some spots. I'm saving this one for sure!
