Pin of the Week: Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges
Mmm yum - these smelled so good from making them to baking them. These were easy and fast to make - so much so, that I may never buy frozen fries again. Next time - I will either use less oil, turn the heat up higher, or just plan to leave these in the oven longer.
I had an extra potato than the recipe calls for and 4 tablespoons of oil completely soaked them, and then puddled at the bottom of the pan. I had to keep waiting and turning up the heat on the oven for them to turn brown and crunchy instead of just look all oily, but they eventually did, and they were terrific! Here's the link!
