Well I was hoping to have two new Disney recipes to share after Christmas but they both were a most epic failure - so salad it is! I made this salad for Christmas dinner, and it was really yummy! I will say that I think it could've used less Italian seasoning in the dressing and just less dressing in general (even though I doubled the salad recipe, but left the dressing recipe the same)... just take the less is more approach. But all together it was really tasty, and would be delicious as a dinner on it's own. I'll have to make it again with chicken or bacon and see how that goes ;)
