Pin of the week: (Solid) Potato Salad

I went with Food Network, and they did not steer me wrong. Follow directions for #4 with #1 - my only changes were to not put quite as much mayo (and it still probably couldn't done with less) and I used the small yellow potatoes that I didn't have to peel instead of russet. Everything was chopped on the large size, and we decided we liked the bigger chunks! Honestly this was maybe the best potato salad I've ever eaten. But then I like it to taste like a deviled egg :)
