That name is a mouthful, and frankly when something has a name like that it seems like it is usually a lot of work and never all that great, but this was good - and really not that much work other than the extra step of browning and cooling the butter, which definitely definitely
made this dessert. It's more of a Christmasy flavor because it's very much like gingerbread, but when I made it I was sure it was going to be perfect for fall, oh well, I'm not sorry.
