Pin of the Week: Grilled Ginger Sesame Chicken Chopped Salad

I have another recipe to share from my fave Cooking Classy website - I'm pretty sure I've never had anything bad from this gal. This salad was very simple and tasted delicious like a restaurant salad - but so affordable and healthy... I think! I even took a shortcut by buying prechopped carrots and bagged salad - it was a cabbage/kale/something else mix. I added cucumbers too - which I really really liked in this salad.
