In the spirit of doing away with sweets and satisfying myself with healthier but tastier foods - I decided to try this recipe of Jeran's! And yes, yes, yes. I will be making this again many times. It's the perfect make and take lunch for school days and lasts me 3-4 days - especially if I stretch it out by adding spinach, rice crackers, or a piece of string cheese to my lunch.
