I wouldn't call this a healthier breakfast, but staying home sick this week made me want nothing more than some hot tea and a muffin. Since my freezer is always loaded with bananas, I'm still using them. This was one simple and delicious recipe - I think I've finally found one that I can put on repeat! I tried to make it a bit healthier by cutting out some sugar, maybe just by a sixth of a cup, but still. And I replaced half the all-purpose flour with whole wheat flour. Plus I used mini-chocolate chips instead of regular sized (if that makes a difference, I think so). Here's the link!
