About the time the weekend comes I'm ready for a treat - and since it's almost fall cinnamon and oatmeal sounded like just the thing. I think these are great - they are not a typical oatmeal cookie at all - they have less oatmeal and more butter I think. That's why they are flatter - but they have that great crispy/chewy texture that's perfection. I could do without the white chocolate chips next time, and they definitely only needed 11 minutes in the oven, or they would've burned I think. I'm glad I made them... might be doing it again soon ;)
