Gotta love the brown butter! These were soooo good, and I typically don't even like cinnamon chips - but just the combination of all of the ingredients made these the perfect cookie bar, with the best texture - chewy inside, but perfectly and lightly crispy outside. I didn't even have a chance to take a picture. These were so deadly when warm I think we ate a third of the pan right out of the oven. I only changed the regular flour to whole wheat, and didn't sprinkle the extra cinnamon sugar on top - it didn't need it. We
did however, "sprinkle" them with vanilla ice cream :)
