Pin of the Week: Lemon Blueberry Muffin Bread + Magical Coffee

Our friend Katie (Sprague) visited us for a night last  weekend, and I took advantage of it with the Pinterest ;) One recipe was a tried and true oldie (CPK pear and gorgonzola pizza), one was a newbie - the Lemon Blueberry Muffin Bread, and one was a tosser - ick. The bread was easy and sooo delicious, it really did taste like muffins but in a loaf form, which is quite a bit easier than doing muffins in tins!! Earlier this week I made the Magical Coffee - got to say, it's realllly yummy, quite strong, I may add more brown sugar next time, or maybe I won't... it was good.
