Pin of the Week: Soft Sugar Cookies

When Carolina asked if we could bake something together, I handed her my iPad with Pinterest open and told her to pick. Luckily for me, the thing she picked was easy and very doable! Soft sugar cookies caught her eye and they were fun to make together because what's not to like about rolling dough in a bowl of sugar then licking your fingers? These cookies cake out exactly as promised, they are soft, but still with that little crunch on the outside when you bite into them. Yum! Here's the link!
