Pin(s) of the Week: Baby Shower Edition! S'mores Pops + Sausage Biscuit Bites + PineappleCooler

These 3 new Pinterest recipes were hits at the baby shower... since the theme was "Disneyland/Frontierland" - we decided to go in more of a frontier direction for food than a Disneyland direction (although that would've been fun!). Carly made snickerdoodles, peanut butter popcorn, and fruit skewers. I brought a veggie tray, trail mix, and made S'mores Pops and Sausage Biscuit Bites. I found the pineapple drink recipe and asked mom to make it (a nod to Dole Whips) - no offense to anyone, but I'm not a fan of the typical sherbet-punch stuff that you pour with a ladle... this "cooler" turned out really delicious and beautiful with some raspberries, lemon, and mint in the cups to garnish.
