I've been hanging onto this little treat for a while - it's a gluten free recipe, so I was saving it for a hang out with our gluten free friends, and when I cleaned out my pantry I found all the ingredients there by chance. This tastes just like a classic scotcheroo recipe, but made with GF rice or corn chex. It was easy to make and very very yummy. The kind of yummy that we decided Todd should take to work so we wouldn't eat any more of it. It made a ton, a 9x13 pan, but because they are so rich you cut them into very small squares.
