Pin of the Week: Grapefruit Shortbread Cookies

This one's going to be short and sweet (pun intended). I LOVE shortbread and how easy it is to make, and with one grapefruit left in the fridge it wasn't even a decision whether or not I was going to make these Grapefruit Shortbread Cookies. I would've taken a picture to show you, but Jeran's turned out much prettier than mine, so you can just look at her pictures (instead of rolling out the dough and use cookie cutters, I rolled all the dough into a log and cut off slices).
