Babes in Disneyland

This week I posted about Disneyland's Banana Nut Muffin recipe; I know, two baked goods in one week, but I'm patting myself on the back for showing restraint in eating them!
Anyway, none of us have ever tried this in the parks, but I do love Banana Bread, and I have a bunch of old bananas in my freezer - so it was an easy choice.
After halving the recipe and sort of "solving" the lbs to fluid oz. mystery - we determined that these are some darn good banana muffins (minus the nuts) - they are super moist and flavorful!
